What I do.
A digital strategist and product consultant who has a wealth of experience delivering high-value digital transformations for some of the world’s leading brands. I approach everything I do with a consultative/insight-driven methodology. This is done via a range of tools and techniques that involves the businesses I work with, the employees at all levels within the organisation and ultimately the end user. I use a mix of workshops, desk research, qualitative research and quantitative data collection to complete my discovery.
The insight that is learnt, becomes the catalyst for my product sprint methodology, which I can facilitate in different ways to suit the desired outcomes. This could be a full five day onsite sprint week, or in more recent times, a fully remote and virtual three day sprint. The ideas that are generated in these sprints are taken into user testing to help to create, test and iterate new ideas. Ultimately, I am trying to help businesses fail fast so they can spend money on the ideas and solutions that will delight their customers and create great financial returns.
Alongside the more innovation driven work I undertake, I also have 15 years experience in leading large project teams. I regularly translate the output of design sprints into tangible job stories that can be fed into development teams from Agile product development. I will also regularly work with technical teams and solution architects to help map the customer experience against the right technical stack.

Work as part of the global strategy team operated from Oakland, California. Represent the team in the EMEA region supporting local digital strategy projects.
Advise of best practice digital strategies for a range of organisations and complex business challenges.
Work with technical resources to transition customer needs and experience expectations into long-term business / digital transformation plans.
Assist the executive team in the UK to develop the CI&T European presence of the business.

Operated at board level representing the digital product consultancy division of the business. Key responsibilities included:
Acted as the agencies lead product consultant, working directly with the agency’s clients, to craft digital transformation strategies.
Worked with development resources to determine digital / technical solutions for chosen strategies and make recommendations.
Led large-scale project teams to deliver full end to end solutions, from insights & research through to development, UAT and support transition.

Acted as a lead digital strategy consultant for the agency and managed a team of Project Managers and Product Owners, delivering large-scale customer-led technical projects. Key responsibilities included:
Onboarded new clients and projects into the agency by providing strategic direction with the support of Solutions Architects and UX leads.
Led discovery workshops with multiple stakeholders to define product requirements and create job stories in relation to the programme of work.
Had management responsibility for a team of PMs and Product Owners.
Involved with the Board of Directors in the development of the agency.
